Pour utiliser ces différentes techniques de mémorisation, il faut déjà avoir quelque chose à mémoriser.

Maintenant nous ne pouvons pas juste laisser ces images flotter dans notre imagination, il faut les placer dans un endroit

C’est des informations que je peux facilement mémoriser sans avoir à les convertir en image
Pourquoi ?
Pour la simple raison que je suis dans le domaine de la biologie c’est des idées qui me sont familières.
(Je sais que la prolactine est une protéine, et je peux déduire que son poids moléculaire sera mesuré en kDa)
Plus vous mémoriser des informations du domaine moins vous aurez besoin d’images pour les représenter.
Pour les chiffres nous allons utiliser le système que j’ai expliqué dans cet article .
Convertissant ces idées en images maintenant.
199: en utilisant le système de chiffres expliqué ici, vous aurez
L’image d’un poteau (1) + un œuf (9) + un ballon (9)
Ce système de mémorisation de chiffre n’est pas le plus avancé mais si vous débutez il vous sera d’une très grande aide.
Poids : une balance
N’oubliez pas que poids est lié indirectement à moléculaire, ça sera l’information poids moléculaire,
même si moléculaire n’est pas représenté en image.
23 = Toujours en utilisant le système de rime et forme nous aurons
2: un canard et 3 : un roi
Comme le poids moléculaire est associé au chiffre les deux images seront réunies en une seule
48% : Sera convertie en l’image
d’un voilier (4) et une huître (8)
% sera ajouté à l’image du voilier
Hormone de croissance : sera convertie en l’image d’un croissant,
Hormone ne sera pas convertie en image, elle pourra être mémorisée facilement.
Comme 48% et hormone de croissance font parties de la même idée, les deux images seront liées ensemble.
Il n y a pas besoin plus d’images pour mémoriser les informations de ce passage.
Ces images serviront de guide à mon cerveau pour retrouver le reste des informations.
Etape 03 : Ajouter les images aux objets de stockage
Une fois les images créées il faut les ajouter à vos objets de stockage.
Pour cela il existe plusieurs moyens
Le plus simple serait de les ajouter directement à un palais mental
Une autre méthode serait d’ajouter les idées secondaires d’un passage à l’image de l’idée générale qui dans notre cas est structure
En ajoutant les idées à cette objet vous serez qu’ils correspondent au passage sur la structure
Et l’image de structure peut elle aussi être ajoutée à votre palais mental
Vous avez ainsi par ordre
1- Votre palais mental
2- Votre image de l’idée générale du paragraphe
3- Les images des idées secondaires du paragraphe ajoutées à l’image principale
Dans le cas oû votre texte contient une liste vous pouvez utiliser la méthode de la poupée russe pour la mémoriser
Par exemple
Pour les différentes actions de la prolactine comme ils sont sous forme de liste il est possible de les mémoriser en utilisant la méthode de la poupée russe.
La méthode retour sera quant à elle utiliser si le paragraphe contient trop d’idées, et qu’il impossible de les faire tenir dans un seul objet de stockage,
Par exemple
Si le passage sur la structure était composé de plus de 03 images, le reste des informations auraient été ajoutées à l’image du croissant
