Cette semaine nous allons voir comment mémoriser en utilisant son corps.
Le principe de cette méthode est relativement simple, vous allez utiliser votre corps comme un palais mental, et stocker les informations directement dans ce dernier
Cette technique malgré sa simplicité pourra être utilisée pour mémoriser des discours ou des informations que vous devez garder en mémoire rapidement.
Vous pouvez évidemment lui trouver d’autres applications qui vous conviennent.
