Elles ont toutes une méthode particulière qui permet de transformer un numéro en une image.

Ce système peut être divisé en 03 étapes
Etape 01 : Chiffre-rime
Nous allons commencer par transformer les chiffres de 0 à 10 en image en utilisant des rimes
Par exemple
0-Héros/ Blaireau.
1-Frein/Main/Pain/Chien.
2-Feu/Yeux/Bleu.
3-Roi/Croix.
4-Cat (chat)/Plâtre/Théâtre.
5-Cintre/Lynx.
6-Vis/206/Exercice.
7-Fête/Cassette/Assiette.
8-Huitres/Arbitre/Vitre.
9-Œuf/Bœuf.
10-Disque/Police.
Normalement vous pourrez facilement vous rappeler ces images.
Etape 02 : Chiffre-Forme
Maintenant nous allons utiliser un autre système pour créer de nouvelles images pour les mêmes chiffres de 0 à 9,
Pour ce faire nous allons utiliser la forme des chiffres
Par exemple
0-Orange/Ballon.
1-Pinceau/Poteau/Stylo.
2- Cygne/Canard.
3-Un cœur/Un chameau/Des menottes.
4- Un bateau/Une voile/Drapeau.
5- Ligne de pêche/ une poêle.
6- Un club de golf.
7-Falaise/Hache.
8- Un bonhomme de neige.
9-Une raquette de tennis.
10- Un plat avec des fourchettes à côté.
Ce sont bien sûr que des exemples et je vous conseille de choisir des images qui vous conviennent mieux, ça facilitera la mémorisation.
Etape 03 : Convertir les numéros en images
Avec ces 20 images que nous venons de créer vous pouvez maintenant avoir des images pour chaque numéro de 01 à 100.
Pour faire cela il faut différencier entre système de base et système secondaire.
Système de base
Le système de base servira à créer l’image du premier numéro
Par exemple si vous choisissez le système des formes comme système de base,
Les numéros de 11 à 19 contiendront toutes l’image d’un poteau (qui est ici l’image du chiffre 1 pour les formes),
Les numéros de 20 à 29 contiendront toutes l’image d’un cygne.
Les images de 30 à 39 contiendront l’image d’un cœur.
Le système secondaire
Pour le deuxième chiffre nous utiliserons le système des rimes.
Le numéro 11 sera un poteau (1) avec un héro (1), par exemple une personne en vêtements de super-héro tenant un poteau à la main.
Le 12 sera un poteau en feu
Le 13 sera un poteau avec un cœur
Ce système est simple à maîtriser, une fois que vous aurez mémorisé les 20 images des rimes et des formes vous pourrez commencer à l’utiliser.
Règles importantes à respecter
1- Ne pas changer le système de base
Le système de base représentera toujours le premier chiffre, soit les rimes ou les formes, comme ça il n’y aura pas confusion.
Je conseille personnellement d’utiliser le système de rime comme système secondaire,
2- Eviter la confusion
Pour éviter la confusion avec les chiffres comme 21 et 12, il ne faut pas changer le système de base.
Par exemple en utilisant les formes comme système de base,
1 représentera toujours un poteau.
12 c’est un poteau en feu.
Maintenant pour éviter de se retrouver avec la même image pour le chiffre 21,
On continue à utiliser le système des formes pour le premier chiffre et le système des rimes pour le deuxième chiffre
21 sera un cygne avec des mains,
Autres exemples
23 sera un roi cygne et 32 sera un cœur avec des yeux.
3-Changez quelques images
Pour éviter encore plus la confusion, essayez d’utiliser différentes images pour le système secondaire,
Exemple
J’ai choisi le système des rimes comme représentant le 2ème chiffre,
Ainsi au lieu de mémoriser 42 comme un bateau en feu, je peux changer en mémorisant 42 en une image d’un bateau avec des yeux,
Il est aussi possible de changer l’image du système de base
Exemple
42 peut devenir un drapeau en feu, ou un drapeau avec des yeux
4- Toujours mémoriser avec la méthode du palais
Si vous décidez de mettre en pratique ce système vous devez l’utiliser avec la méthode du palais.
Par exemple, si vous devez mémoriser cette séquence de 10 numéros
15 -56 -86 – 48 -89 -74 -63 -65 -49 -11
Vous aurez besoin de 10 objets de stockage dans votre palais
Chaque image sera placée dans un objet différent
Exemple
Dans le premier endroit imaginez un poteau sur lequel il y a un cintre (15)
Dans le deuxième une ligne de pèche avec une vis (56)
Et vous continuez pour le reste des numéros
