Cette technique s’approche dans son utilisation de la méthode des liens, puisque là aussi les images seront liées deux par deux,

Voici la petite explication de la méthode
Au lieu de lier les images une à une comme on fait dans la méthode des liens , où la première image est de la même taille que la deuxième
La méthode de la poupée russe se différencie de cela principalement dans la taille des images,
Ici la deuxième image est nettement plus petite que la première image,
Et la troisième qui sera liée à la deuxième et encore plus petite que la deuxième.

Évidemment le mieux pour comprendre c’est d’utiliser un exemple.
On va prendre 4 images différentes pour essayer de les mémoriser avec la méthode de poupée russe.
Une clé USB
Un smart phone
Un casque audio
Une prise électrique
Pour lier ces 4 images, ce qu’on va faire c’est
1-Visualiser l’image de la clé USB dans notre imagination
2-Choisir un endroit dans l’image de la clé USB
3-Zoomez à cet endroit précis dans votre imagination
4-Lier la deuxième image, téléphone portable à cet endroit-là de l’image.
5-Maintenant zoomez pour voir l’image du téléphone dans votre imagination, l’image du téléphone doit être plus grande que ce qu’elle était au début, et ignorez l’image de la Clé USB
6-Choisissiez un endroit dans le téléphone portable
7-Zoomez dans votre imagination à cet endroit-là.
8-Placer la 3èmeimage « casque audio » dans cet endroit
Continuer à faire la même chose pour les images restantes
Cette technique-là est la seule qui va vous demander de minimiser les images dans votre imagination pour les lier, elle vous permettra ainsi de bien développer votre capacité de visualisation
Application de la poupée russe
Bien qu’il soit totalement impossible de mémoriser un cours complet avec cette technique, elle peut très bien être utilisée pour mémoriser une liste de données par ordre.
