Je parle bien de se préparer alors que vous n’avez rien étudié,
Est-ce que c’est possible d’être prêt pour un examen en peu de temps ?

Première chose importante
Limiter le stress, et l’angoisse
Sachez que peu importe la gravité de votre cas, vous avez besoin de vous détendre un peu et limiter le stress, il ne fera qu’aggraver votre situation, et compliquera les choses d’avantages.
Les 06 étapes de la préparation
Même si on dit que rien ne peut se produire du jour au lendemain,
Il existe quelques façons simples et intelligentes pour augmenter ses chances de réussir et rester motiver.
Etape 01 : La gestion du temps d’étude
Commençant par la gestion du temps parce qu’elle est extrêmement importante,
La majorité des étudiants font faire l’erreur de passer trop d’heures consécutives à étudier,
Ceci est un comportement à absolument éviter,
En faisant cela vous allez saturer votre mémoire à court terme et ainsi oublier tout ce que vous avez mémorisé.
Les études ont révélé que les gens qui font des sessions d’études prolongées se souviennent le plus souvent de la première et dernière chose qu’ils ont mémorisée,et oublient la grande partie du milieu.
Quand vous étudiez pendant six heures d’affiler pour un examen,
Il y a de grands risques que vous n’allez pas vous remémorer de la majorité des informations mémorisées.

Le Rasmussen College recommande 30 à 50 minutes d’étude suivie d’une pause de 10 minutes.
Ces chiffres ne doivent pas être suivis à la lettre,
Mais Il est important de fixer une limite de temps à vos sessions d’étude et périodes de pause.
Utilisez les pauses pour faire de l’activité physique ou manger.
Attention il est déconseillé de jouer aux jeux vidéo, aller sur les réseaux sociaux, regarder la télévision, pendant votre pause car cela va créer plus de distraction.
Vous ne serez pas en mesure de vous concentrer sur vos études en répondant à vos messages et appels, e-mail, notifications, commentaires….etc.
Il est donc primordial de limiter les distractions, c’est d’ailleurs la deuxième étape de votre préparation
Etape 02 : Limiter les distractions
Il est possible de faire cela en allant dans un endroit où vous savez que vous serez en mesure de vous concentrer
Et surtout ne serez pas dérangé pendant la période de révision,
C’est aussi le moment où vous devez renoncer à tous votre téléphone, twitter, Facebook, Instagram et autres…etc.
De sorte que vous pouvez réellement vous concentrer sur vos études.
Autres astuces pour mieux mémoriser c’est de
Etape 03 :Varier les endroits de révision
Secouez un peu votre routine de révision!
Passer toute la période de révision à la bibliothèque est aussi pas très productive.

Pourquoi ?
Il se trouve que le cerveau fait des associations subtiles entre ce que vous étudiez et ce qui se passe en arrière-plan au moment de la mémorisation (c’est ce qu’on fait de manière consciente avec la méthode des locis).
Essayez d’alterner les endroits d’étude entre la bibliothèque, une salle d’étude, un café tranquille, différentes chambres dans la maison…etc.
Passant maintenant à la partie pratique
Concrètement comment mémoriser quand on a qu’une semaine ou deux avant l’examen ?
La première chose à savoir c’est que vos cours peuvent être divisés en plusieurs niveaux d’informations,
Le plus important c’est que vous n’êtes pas obligé de mémoriser tous les niveaux.
Peu importe votre sujet d’études, domaines, nombre de cours et chapitres on pourra toujours diviser les informations à mémoriser en 5 niveaux,
Etape 04 : Identifier les 05 niveaux d’informations de vos cours
1- Le premier niveau
Le premier niveau d’information pour n’importe quel type de matériel que vous étudiez est l’idée principale ou le point général du livre ou la leçon.
Il est probable que vous pourriez naturellement l’identifier avec une bonne prévisualisation globale du document à mémoriser, sans pour autant tout lire de A à Z.
2- Le deuxième niveau
Le prochain niveau d’information serait d’apprendre le point principal de chaque chapitre ou unité du livre ou leçon.
Un livre avec 10 chapitres contiendra alors 10 idées de deuxième niveau.
3- Le troisième niveau
Chaque chapitre contiendra encore plus d’idées principales,
Par exemple un livre de 10 chapitres pourra contenir
- 05 idées principales pour le chapitre 01
- 10 pour le chapitre 02
- 15 pour le chapitre 03
- etc…
En fonction des livres, les chapitres peuvent contenir peu ou énormément d’idées
4-Le quatrième niveau
à ce point là on arrive aux idées des paragraphes de chaque chapitre.
Un chapitre va convenir un grand nombre de paragraphes, et chaque paragraphe peut contenir généralement une à 2 idées importantes.
5- Le cinquième niveau
Chaque paragraphe en plus de contenir une idée générale va aussi contenir des détails.
Dans votre situation où vous devez être prêt pour un examen dans un minimum de temps,
Il n’est pas nécessaire de toujours travailler au cinquième niveau (qui demande généralement le plus de travail).
Vous serez évidemment obligé de choisir quelques passages pour lesquels il faut aller au 5ème niveau
Mais pour la majorité des informations il faut s’arrêter juste au 3ème.
Etape 05 : Mémoriser les informations
Voyant maintenant comment vous pouvez mémoriser vos données rapidement et facilement,
Pour tous vos modules vous devez essayer d’avoir l’idée principale de chaque chapitre,
Puis les points importants de chaque chapitre
Après il vous faut choisir quel chapitre vous semble plus important.
Et aller au niveau supérieur dans ces chapitres
Ce que je recommande pour les personnes n’ayant pas encore maîtrisé les méthodes de mémorisation exposées dans ce blog.
C’est de commencer par faire des Mind Map,
Vous pouvez les faire avec un papier et stylo ou avec un logiciel.
En règle générale les Mind Map préparés à la main sont mieux mémorisés que ceux avec logiciel.
Pour les exemples de cet article, je vais utiliser un logiciel de Mind Map.
Principe des Mind Map
Vous commencez par mettre le nom du chapitre au milieu, et les idées principales de chaque chapitre en branche,
Mettez les idées du niveau deux dans chaque branche correspondante,
Vous pouvez avec ce Mind Map aller jusqu’à niveau trois,
Mais je recommande de faire un Mind Map spéciale, avec l’idée principale du chapitre, et les autres idées secondaires .

Évidemment ceci est juste un exemple à suivre, vous allez modifier vos Mind Map en fonction des informations que vous cherchez à mémoriser,
N’oubliez pas d’ajouter des figures couleurs et symboles à vos Mind Map pour bien les mémoriser.
Maintenant si vous avez une certaine maîtrise des méthodes de mémorisation vous pouvez très bien faire cela avec la méthode des Loci
Etape 06 : Identifier les informations importantes à mémoriser
Voyant maintenant comment choisir les informations importantes à mémoriser.
1- S’il y a un résumé de chapitre, des tableaux , des mots-clés, ou des questions au sujet du chapitre à la fin, ceci devrait être lu en premier et utilisé comme guide de lecture du chapitre.
2- S’il n’y a pas de résumé de chapitre ou de questions, il existe d’autres approches.
Pensez à l’examen du point de vue de l’enseignant
Quel genre de questions demande-t-il ? détails, concepts, résolution de problèmes, vocabulaire ?
Si vous étiez en train d’écrire l’examen, comment le feriez-vous ?
3- Vous pouvez identifier une question par page (20 questions, 20 pages, ou ajuster en fonction des pages).
Il peut y avoir cinq divisions principales dans le chapitre, de longueur égale ou inégale.
Vous pouvez essayer de trouver les idées ou points principaux dans chaque section.
C’est le moment de décider à quel niveau d’information vous devez lire et étudier le matériel.
4- Si vous le pouvez, discutez avec votre professeur et cherchez à savoir ce qu’il attend que vous appreniez, ce qui «compte» ce qui le plus important.
Bien sûr, votre professeur peut ne pas vous le dire.
Dans cette situation essayez de deviner ce que cherche votre enseignant.
Commencez par analyser la longueur des sections qu’il vous demande de lire :
- Sur quel niveau d’information votre prof s’attarde-t-il généralement ?,
- Y a-t-il un sujet en particulier sur lequel il porte plus son attention ?
- Et enfin dernière recourt cherchez ses anciens examens et analysez-les ?
5- Si votre enseignant ne vous répond pas, vous n’arrivez pas à identifier ses préférences et n’avez pas trouvé d’anciens sujets,
Il vous suffit simplement de prédéterminer ce que vous pensez être les informations importantes à connaitre
Peut-être deux ou trois points par paragraphe, peut-être seulement un point pour tous les deux ou trois paragraphes.
Quoique vous décidiez, diviser le matériel en fonction de ce but prédéterminé.
Par exemple,
Si vous pensez que vous devriez être en mesure de vous rappeler de deux ou trois points par paragraphe,
Diviser la page en plusieurs paragraphes.
Si vous pensez qu’un point pour tous les deux ou trois paragraphes suffirait,
Divisez la page en sections de deux à trois paragraphes.
N’oubliez pas qu’une approche intelligente est préférable à une approche qui est laissée au hasard.
Il ne s’agit pas seulement d’avoir un meilleur apprentissage (et des meilleures notes), mais d’étudier le plus important.
Quand vous aurez identifié les points importants à mémoriser pour chaque chapitre, vous devez trouver le meilleur moyen de les mémoriser,
Conclusion
Se préparer pour un examen en une semaine n’est pas une tâche impossible bien qu’elle demande d’être très bien organisé.
Le meilleur conseil que je peux vous donner c’est d’éviter que ça se reproduise à nouveau, mettre au point une stratégie d’étude à utiliser pendant toute l’année, et apprendre et maîtriser les techniques de mémorisation
