Le problème c’est comment les mémoriser ?
Vous le savez maintenant l’idée de base derrière pratiquement toutes les techniques de mémorisation de ce blog c’est Transformer une information en une image.
Seulement cela cause problème dans deux cas.
Problème numéro 01
Quand l’information est trop compliquée et qu’elle n’a pas d’image (on a déjà parlé de comment régler ce problème ici).
Problème numéro 2
Quand une information se répète un grand nombre de fois dans un même cours,
Dans ce cas
Est-ce que vous devez lui créer une nouvelle image à chaque fois ?
Soyons réaliste ici,
Peu importe votre niveau d’imagination vous n’arriverez jamais à trouver plusieurs nouvelles images pour une seule et unique information,
C’est contre productif et même quasiment impossible
La solution
Pour contrer ce problème on va utiliser une astuce des champions du monde de mémoire,
Vous imaginez bien que pour participer à un championnat de mémoire il faut avoir de bonnes techniques de mémorisation (et avoir la volonté et le temps de pratiquer pendant des heures et des années)
Cette astuce est aussi celle utilisée pour mémoriser des chiffres.
Dans le manuel de Pmemory elle est appelée Figuratif code,
J’aime bien lui donner le nom d’Images permanentes.
Qu’est-ce qu’une image permanentes ?
Pour résumer c’est une information qui va se répéter énormément dans vos données.
L’exemple le plus simple d’images permanentes c’est les chiffres,
Pour bien mémoriser les chiffres vous donnez à chaque chiffre une image qui lui correspond, (plus de détails sur la mémorisation de chiffres dans cet article )
Ce qui est bien avec cette technique c’est que vous n’avez pas besoin de créer une nouvelle image pour le chiffre à chaque fois que vous devez le mémoriser,
L’image du chiffre est créée une seule fois
Le même principe sera utilisé pour les informations
Pour les informations qui se répètent,
Elles seront transformées en images permanentes .
Vous leur donnez une image fixe et à chaque fois que vous rencontrez cette information vous avez déjà son image toute prête.
Ça fait gagner beaucoup de temps,
Mais attention
Là aussi il y a un certain nombre de règles à suivre.
1ère Règle : Donner une image claire à chaque information choisie
Ça sera l’image de l’information qui se répète.
Exemple
Certains mots qui se répètent constamment dans mes données
Vie = bouteille d’eau
Rapide = avion
Puissance = moteur d’un avion
Long = échelle,
Dur = pierre.
Ce sont quelques informations auxquelles j’ai donné une image particulière,
Quand je vois ces informations il n’est pas nécessaire que je retrouve de nouvelles images pour eux,
J’utilise simplement celles que j’ai déjà créées.
Important
Cela devient d’autant plus important dans vos études
Il est évident que certaines informations se répètent énormément
par exemple en biologie les mots :
Cellule
ADN
Nucléole
Chromosomes
Génétique
Catabolisme
Anabolisme
Glycémie …..etc.
Se répètent constamment,
Je gagne un max de temps en ayant des images toutes prêtes à utiliser quand je tombe sur une de ces informations.
2ème règle : L’image permanente représente toujours une seule information
Le 2ème point très important c’est que ces images ne doivent être utilisées que pour représenter une seule information
Par exemple
L’image de l’avion de chasse, représentera toujours l’information “rapide”, je ne l’utiliserai jamais pour une autre information qui pourrait s’approcher du mot rapide, comme vitesse par exemple.
Pourquoi ?
Parce que simplement il risque d’y avoir confusion et je vais oublier l’une des deux infos liées à la même image.
Rappelez-vous
Une image permanente représente toujours qu’une seule information
3ème règle : Ne pas lier les images permanentes entre-elles.
L’exemple le plus simple est celui des nombres.
Si vous cherchez à mémoriser une séquence de 100 nombres.
Et vous essayez de le faire en les liant ensemble (par la méthode des liens).
Vous êtes très mal parti.
Et puis en les liant ensemble vous allez inévitablement créer une confusion
Exemple
10-45-20-10-26-55-98-10-35-10-89-10-45-66-36-10
Dans cette séquence le numéro 10 se répète à 6 reprise, en partant du principe que chaque numéro correspond à une image vous voyez où se situe le problème si vous cherchez à les mémoriser avec la méthode des liens
Vous ne vous rappellerez pas quel numéro est avant lequel,
Même chose pour les images permanentes
Il est préférable d’éviter de les lier ensemble.
Comme vous allez constamment les utiliser si vous les liez ensemble,
Vous arriverez à un point où les informations risquent d’être mélangées entre-elles.
