C.S.C.R: la formule de mémorisation pour ne jamais rien oublier
Dans cette vidéo je vais partager avec vous mon système personnel de mémorisation que j’appelle le système “C.S.C.R“
Depuis que j’ai commencé à aider les gens à développer leur mémoire, j’essaie de décortiquer d’où vient leur incapacité à mémoriser rapidement.
Et j’ai fini par réalisé que le problème vient toujours de 04 points
- Une difficulté à comprendre,
- à identifier les informations les plus importantes,
- à utiliser la méthode de mémorisation approprié et enfin
- à savoir quand et combien de fois répéter les informations mémorisées
